Applications
There is a $50.00 Application Fee per resident or
per married couple. This fee is Non-Refundable.
All applications are processed by a licensed
consumer reporting agency. This agency provides
Hidden Valley Management with a rental history,
employment verification, credit check, and criminal
history search on each applicant.
The Security Deposit and Application Fee must be
paid before we can process an application. The First
Month’s Rent is due upon signing of the lease.
Rentals
One Bedrooms Rent From: $ 600.00 to $665.00
Two Bedrooms Rent From: $ 700.00 to $775.00
Three Bedrooms Rent From: $ 900.00 to $950.00
